How we run
How the practice is run, written down so you know what to expect from an appointment here.
Appointments start on time
We book fewer appointments a day than we could, so that appointments start close to the time they were booked for. If we are running late, reception tells you when you arrive.
Nothing is done before it is explained
You are told what is about to happen, why, what the alternatives are and what each one costs, before it happens. You can stop at any point.
Doing nothing is always on the list
Some problems can be watched rather than treated. Where that applies, it is written into the plan alongside the other options.
We refer when we should
Complex orthodontic and surgical cases go to specialists. We tell you at the assessment if yours is one of them.
What is not on this site
No patient testimonials, no before-and-after photographs and no claims about what treatment will achieve for you specifically.
All three are restricted for registered health professions under the National Law and the AHPRA advertising guidelines.
What we can tell you is what happens at an appointment, who will be doing it, what it costs, and where to check that they are registered.
No reviews to show
This panel reads a clinic’s Google Business Profile and shows its current rating and review count. It updates on its own, and nothing is copied into the site by hand.
Demo Dental Co is a demonstration practice. It has no Business Profile and no patients, so the panel is empty. No reviews have been written to fill it. Patient testimonials in advertising are restricted for registered health professions under the National Law.
On a live build the panel is connected to the clinic’s own profile.
